Boarding/Daycare Questions

Where will my dog sleep during boarding?

Your dog will sleep wherever they’re most comfortable, whether that’s a cozy dog bed, a guest room, or even in our bed if that’s what they’re used to. I try to keep their routine as close to home as possible so they feel safe and relaxed.e most

Do you take multiple dogs at once?

Nope- I only take one family’s pets at a time. That means your pet gets all the attention, a calm environment, and a much less stressful experience compared to a typical kennel.

What should I bring for my pet’s stay?

Just bring whatever helps your pet feel comfortable - food, any medications, and a favorite toy or blanket. The more it smells like home, the easier the transition usually is.

Drop-In Questions

What areas do you serve?

I provide drop-in visits in parts of Lake County and Ashtabula County Ohio. Including Madison, Perry, Geneva, Harpersfield, Unionville, Painesville, Fairport and nearby areas. If you're not sure if you're in range, just message me and I’ll let you know!

Can I request a longer drop-in visit?

Yes! Longer drop-in visits may be available depending on scheduling. If your pet needs extra time for walks, playtime, companionship, or special care, just let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

What happens during a drop-in visit?

 During a drop-in visit, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of care, attention, potty breaks, fresh water, feeding (if needed), and companionship while you’re away. I can also give medications, clean litter boxes, and help keep your pet comfortable by sticking to their normal routine. After each visit, you’ll receive updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing. 

Booking Questions

Do you offer meet and greets?

Yes! I always recommend a meet and greet so you (and your pet) can feel comfortable before booking. It’s a great chance for us to get to know each other and make sure it’s a good fit.

How do I book?

Just send me a message with your dates and a little info about your pet, and I’ll get back to you to confirm availability and next steps.

What if I need to cancel or change dates?

Life happens—I totally get it. Just reach out as soon as you can and I’ll do my best to work with you on any changes.
